Position Overview:
You’ll get to take ownership of:
- Supporting the integration of systems and communication protocols including FTP / SSH / OFTP / Mail with the Lobster Data platform to ensure a smooth data flow
- Direct communication with customers to clarify challenges with AMQP / JMS / MQTT / Apache Kafka
- Analysing logs and faulty communication connections at protocol level using tools such as Wireshark
- Setting up and troubleshooting communication connections with X.509 certificates (OFTP)
creating and updating technical documentation, including the internal knowledge base and troubleshooting guides
We’d love to meet someone with:
- Good knowledge of network protocols TCP, IP, FTP, SSH, IMAP, POP3, SMTP
- Initial knowledge of the message protocols AMQP, JMS, MQTT, Apache Kafka
- Experience with encryption technologies, digital certificates and the implementation of signature procedures to ensure authentication and data integrity
- Written and spoken German at C1 level and ideally a solid knowledge of English
