Position Overview:
You’ll get to take ownership of:
- Supporting customers to promptly bring crashed systems back to live
- Investigating the reasons why a system has run into OutOfMemory or crashed and provide customers with solutions to prevent it from happening again
- Troubleshooting system performance and SMB communication issues
- Providing settings to fix any security issues from customer pentest results
- Engaging directly with customers and assisting them with system/network configuration issues
- Creating and updating technical documentation, such as internal knowledge base and troubleshooting guides
We’d love to meet someone with:
- Strong technical background with at least 3 years of experience resolving Level 2-3 incidents
- Good knowledge of common networking protocols and key network operation activities
- Solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of some of the following databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, and DB2, would be helpful
- Ability to handle stressful situations efficiently and stay professional when troubleshooting an incident and investigating underlying issues
- German speaking and writing skills at a C1 level and sufficient English level are required.
