BDR Team Lead

Position Overview:
This is a vacancy for a hybrid/on-site role at our HQ in Tutzing. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity.
As we expand, we are seeking a remarkable Business Development Representative Team Lead (m/f/x) to lead and further evolve our international team of BDRs. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enabling the team to persistently achieve sales targets as well as unifying and improving processes within the team across locations.

You’ll get to take ownership of:
  • Leading and developing a team of 10 Sales Development Representatives and assisting in the recruitment of new team members
  • Developing and implementing outbound & inbound lead-generation strategies in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Refining lead qualification processes and ensuring only well-qualified leads are pursued by the sales team
  • Data-driven analysis of conversion rates, time to sell, ARPA and following implementation of meaningful KPIs & OKRs for the team
  • Initiating and driving regional campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing team
  • Motivating and helping the team members to up-skill and achieve higher results
We’d love to meet someone with:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a related role in B2B new customer acquisition 
  • Experience in setting up, developing and managing a sales development team for at least 1 year
  • Detailed understanding of software sales processes and experience with models such as Challenger Sales, GAP Selling and Lead Scoring, BANT
  • Successful development and implementation of demand generation programs for inside and field sales organisations
  • Strong analytical understanding and experience utilising HubSpot
  • Accurate forecasting & verifiable history for the timely fulfilment of set goals
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration within the team with colleagues and customers 
  • Fluency in German and English. Advanced speaking level in French would be a plus.
