Account Executive - DACH

Position Overview:
This is a vacancy for a hybrid/on-site role at our HQ in Tutzing. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity.
 
As we expand, we are seeking an Account Executive - DACH (m/f/x) with a passion for transforming business processes through innovative solutions. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to customers, using in-depth product knowledge to foster long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

You’ll get to take ownership of:
  • Preparing and presenting convincing product demonstrations and sales proposals, showcasing the capabilities of Lobster Intelligent Data Platform
  • Converting qualified leads into paying customers by negotiating offers, securing contracts and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete
  • Efficiently coordinating cross-department over-signed customers, ensuring a smooth handoff to our implementation and onboarding teams
  • Developing strong relationships with existing customers and moving clients to more appropriate subscriptions based on their needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams like marketing, technical support, and technical consultants to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifecycle
  • Involving our partners to collaboratively win new customers and expand existing businesses
  • Maintaining data hygiene in HubSpot and timely updating data of your accounts
We’d love to meet someone with:
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in selling software (SaaS) solutions, ideally in the field of data integration and/or process automation
  • A solid ability to comprehend customers' data management and process integration challenges and propose relevant solutions
  • Willingness to call customers and question the status quo by negotiating conditions and discovering more reasonable solutions
  • Accountability for its numbers and metrics like ACV and accuracy in forecasting
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German (equivalent to C1 level) and advanced English language skills
