We’re looking for a people-focused and technically skilled Information Technology Operations Manager (m/f/x) to lead and grow our internal Helpdesk team capabilities. In this key role, you’ll lead and develop a team of six vibrant and friendly specialists, drive the evolution of our IT infrastructure, and ensure our systems are secure, modern, and reliable.

You’ll get to take ownership of:

Leading and developing a six-person IT Operations team, including resource planning and team structure design.
Defining and executing the IT Operations strategy in close collaboration with the IT leadership team.
Ensuring stable, secure, and continuously improving IT infrastructure across on-prem and AWS cloud environments.
Overseeing internal IT support and maintaining a high level of service quality.
Planning and delivering modernisation projects and system integrations.
Establishing ITIL-based processes and managing IT security, compliance, and risk.
Defining and tracking KPIs while overseeing incident and change management.

We’d love to meet someone with:

A degree in (business) informatics or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT operations, including team leadership expertise.
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Windows/Linux systems, and network/security principles.
Experience with service management and process automation, including relevant certifications like ITIL, AWS, and Azure.
A strategic and structured mindset, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in German and English.
A service-oriented and solutions-driven approach with a focus on quality and collaboration.

Wir suchen eine teamorientierte und technisch versierte Persönlichkeit als Information Technology Operations Manager (m/w/d), um unser internes Helpdesk-Team weiter auszubauen. In dieser Rolle leitest und entwickelst Du ein sechsköpfiges, engagiertes Team, treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur voran und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme sicher, modern und zuverlässig laufen.

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für:

Die Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines sechsköpfigen IT-Operations-Teams – inklusive Ressourcenplanung und Teamstruktur
Die Gestaltung und Umsetzung unserer IT-Operations-Strategie in enger Abstimmung mit dem IT-Leadership-Team
Einen stabilen, sicheren und zukunftsorientierten IT-Betrieb – sowohl on-premise als auch in der AWS-Cloud
Die Steuerung des internen IT-Supports und die Sicherstellung eines hohen Servicelevels
Die Planung und Umsetzung von Modernisierungsprojekten und Systemintegrationen
Den Aufbau ITIL-basierter Prozesse sowie die Verantwortung für IT-Sicherheit, Compliance und Risikomanagement
Die Definition und das Monitoring von KPIs sowie das Incident- und Change-Management

Wir wünschen uns jemanden mit:

einem abgeschlossenen Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im IT-Betrieb, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
fundiertem Wissen in IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud-Plattformen (bevorzugt AWS), Windows-/Linux-Systemen sowie Netzwerk- und Sicherheitskonzepten
Erfahrung im Service Management, in der Prozessautomatisierung sowie mit relevanten Zertifizierungen (z. B. ITIL, AWS, Azure)
einer strategischen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz sowie fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen
einem serviceorientierten, lösungsfokussierten Ansatz mit einem hohen Qualitäts- und Teamverständnis
