As we scale, we need a strategic and hands-on Senior Financial Controller (m/f/d) to join our Finance team and work closely with our executive leadership. You’ll get to take ownership of:
  • Leading end-to-end financial controlling across multiple departments — both operational and strategic
  • Preparing, analysing, and challenging budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and financial reports that drive business performance
  • Being a trusted advisor to our management team, turning data into clear, actionable insights
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements that boost efficiency and scalability
  • Leveraging BI and ERP systems (like DATEV, SAP, or similar) to elevate reporting and financial transparency
  • Collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment where your voice truly matters
We’d love to meet someone with:
  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in controlling or FP&A, ideally within a tech-driven or fast-growing company
  • Strong analytical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in BI/reporting tools and ERP systems, with a drive to leverage technology for smarter decision-making
  • A proactive communication style and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for driving impact and continuous improvement
