(Senior) Account Executive

Position Overview:

This is a vacancy for a hybrid or on-site role at our HQ in Tutzing. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity. As a guideline, you will be on-site in Tutzing 2-3 days per week for close collaboration and alignment. The remaining days can be worked remotely.

As we expand, we are seeking a (Senior) Account Executive - DACH (m/f/x) with a passion for transforming business processes through innovative solutions. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to customers, using in-depth product knowledge to foster long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

You’ll get to take ownership of:

Preparing and presenting convincing product demonstrations and sales proposals, showcasing the capabilities of Lobster Data Platform
Converting qualified leads into paying customers by negotiating offers, securing contracts and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete
Efficiently coordinating cross-department over-signed customers, ensuring a smooth handoff to our implementation and onboarding teams
Developing strong relationships with existing customers and moving clients to more appropriate subscriptions based on their needs
Collaborating with internal teams like marketing, technical support, and technical consultants to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifecycle
Involving our partners to collaboratively win new customers and expand existing businesses
Maintaining data hygiene in HubSpot and timely updating data of your accounts

We’d love to meet someone with:

Profound work experience in selling software (SaaS) solutions and/or managed services, ideally in the field of data integration and/or process automation
A solid ability to comprehend customers' data management and process integration challenges and propose relevant solutions
Willingness to call customers and question the status quo by negotiating conditions and discovering more reasonable solutions
Accountability for its numbers and metrics like ACV and accuracy in forecasting
Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German (equivalent to C1 level and higher). Solid English language skills would be a plus.
