Position Overview:

As we expand our footprint in the region, we are seeking a Dutch-speaking Partner focused Account Executive (m/f/x) for the Benelux region to drive growth in collaboration with our partner ecosystem and build long-lasting, value-driven relationships.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building your own pipeline and closing high-impact SaaS deals in collaboration with partners. You will work closely with internal teams and our network of partners to help customers solve complex challenges through Lobster's Intelligent Data Platform.

You’ll get to take ownership of:
  • Driving new business through partnerships by identifying and engaging with key strategic partners across the Netherlands and Belgium
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline through a hunter mindset—sourcing new leads and not relying solely on inbound
  • Leading value-based, consultative sales conversations to understand partner and end customer needs
  • Developing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals that showcase the capabilities of Lobster’s data platform
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and supporting partners throughout the full sales cycle
  • Managing and updating CRM data (HubSpot) accurately to ensure full visibility into your sales activity
  • Traveling to customer and partner meetings as needed to strengthen relationships and close deal
We’d love to meet someone with:
  • A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record in consultative and value-based selling
  • Native-level or fluent Dutch and professional English skills (French is a strong advantage)
  • Strong ability to build and manage a personal pipeline from scratch
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Having a network within the Benelux IT partner ecosystem is a plus
  • Fluent Dutch and English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A high degree of motivation, adaptability, and internal drive to take ownership
