As a BDR, you're the first human a future customer meets. You find the right accounts, start the right conversations, and hand Account Executives qualified opportunities they can actually close. You sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships and you're the reason the pipeline stays full.

You’ll get to take ownership of:

  • ProspectingResearch and identifytarget accounts/decision-makers in supply chain, align to ICP, keep HubSpot clean.
  • Lead GenerationMulti-channel outbound + inbound, personalized messaging, discovery & MEDDPICC qualification, relentless follow-up.
  • MeetingsBook qualified meetings for AEs, join qualification calls, deliver clean handover briefs (pain + champion).
  • Social SellingOptimized LinkedIn profile, authentic engagement, weekly content, targeted connections, show up in ICP communities.
  • IntelligenceCapture competitive/market intel and feed it back to Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • InteractionsCollaborate internally (BDRs, AEs, Marketing, Partnerships, Product) and externally (events, networking, trends).

We’d love to meet someone with:

  • 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or lead generation (or a hungry, coachable mindset if you're earlier in your career).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Dutch.
    • French is a plus
  • Comfortable with outbound. Youdon'tflinch at the phone or a blank LinkedIn DM.
  • Hands-on with a CRM (HubSpot a plus) and sales engagement tools (Lusha).
  • Curious about how businesses and supply chains run; fast learner who loves understanding a buyer's world.
  • Resilient, organized, and self-driven: you treat your pipeline likeit'syour own business.
  • Bonus: familiarity with ERP / iPaaS / integration / supply chain /logistics.
