Position Overview:
This is a vacancy for a hybrid or on-site role at our HQ in the Netherlands. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity.

We are looking for a motivated, curious and results-driven Business Development Representative - BDR (m/f/x) to join our growing sales team. This role is focused on the Benelux market and will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, and deal qualification to support our sales pipeline. You will play a key role in driving growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients, qualifying opportunities, and setting up high-quality meetings for the Account Executives.


Ready to make an impact?
You’ll get to take ownership of:
  • Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers in the Benelux region
  • Execute outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and through conducting discovery calls
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between prospects and Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert campaign leads into qualified opportunities
  • Provide feedback on market trends and prospect pain points to the wider sales and product teams
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly activity and pipeline generation targets
We’d love to meet someone with:
  • First professional experiences in sales, business development, or lead generation role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
  • Native-level or fluent Dutch; professional-level English; French is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with outbound sales tactics and cold outreach
  • You are ambitious, curious and have a growth-mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the Benelux region
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or BANT
  • Speaking French is a plus
  • Background in a high-growth or startup environment
